<p><b>Human Resources Business Partner </b></p><p><b>Markham</b></p><p><b>$90-100K + 8% Bonus</b></p><p><br></p><p>Our client is looking for an experienced <b>HR Business Partner</b> to support their Nursing division. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to drive HR strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and employee experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business needs</li><li>Analyze workforce metrics (retention, productivity, safety, engagement) and recommend improvements</li><li>Lead employee relations matters, including discipline and terminations, in compliance with legislation</li><li>Support and implement national HR programs and change initiatives locally</li><li>Coach and train leaders to ensure fair, consistent people practices</li><li>Promote health & safety, policy compliance, and continuous improvement</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines</li><li>Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field</li><li>CHRP, bilingual (French/English) is required, and union experience are asset</li><li>Strong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a high-growth, multi-site environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Bring</b></p><ul><li>5–7 years of HR experience in healthcare, medical, or nursing environments is an asset but not required</li><li>Strong HR analytics skills; comfortable working with Excel and HR data</li><li>Confident, outgoing relationship-builder with the ability to influence and drive change</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Disclaimer: </b></p><ul><li>This is currently for an active job opportunity.</li><li>By applying, you will be part of our trusted network, ensuring our recruiters match you with suitable roles.
