<p><b>Industrial Automation Electrician (309A or 442A) - NIGHT SHIFTS</b></p><p><b>NORTH YORK</b></p><p>Manufacturing Environment โ Automated Systems</p><p><br></p><p> ๏ธ <b>NIGHT SHIFTS</b> (11pm to 6:30am)</p><p><br></p><p> $47.75/hour pay rate for Dual Licensed (Electrician & Millwright license) + $1/hour premium</p><p> $42.75-45/hour pay rate for single Licensed (309A OR 442A) + $1/hour premium</p><p> Benefits are covered by employer; no deductible for employees</p><p> Benefits available as of Day 1 + RSP Matching + stock purchase plan</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities of the Industrial Electrician Night shifts in NORTH YORK</b></p><p><br></p><p>ยท Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment involving PLCs, HMIs, robotics, VFDs, servo/motion systems, sensors, and industrial electrical components.</p><p>ยท Support both electrical and mechanical repairs, including adjustments, alignments, component replacements, mechanical assemblies, and equipment rebuilds when required.</p><p>ยท Respond to equipment downtime by identifying issues across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation systems and implementing effective corrective actions.</p><p>ยท Maintain, update, and back up automation programs, parameters, and controller configurations using secure and organized processes.</p><p>ยท Diagnose and resolve communication and network-related issues involving Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA, and managed switch configurations.</p><p>ยท Update and maintain mechanical and electrical schematics, network documentation, and equipment manuals.</p><p>ยท Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring, complex failures across electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.</p><p>ยท Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation cells, wrappers, ovens, forming equipment, robotics, and other electromechanical machinery.</p><p>ยท Support new equipment installations, commissioning, and integration projects, including SCADA/Ignition upgrades and mechanical setup or alignment of new systems.</p><p>ยท Ensure work is documented accurately, including labor, findings, parts used, and system data important for long-term reliability.</p><p>ยท Maintain a strong focus on safety, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and safe work practices.</p><p>ยท Perform other technical duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Qualifications for the Industrial Electrical role</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>ยท Valid 309A or 442A Electrician License (MANDATORY).</b></p><p>ยท Minimum 5 years of experience working with automated manufacturing machinery.</p><p>ยท Strong background in both electrical troubleshooting and mechanical system support (gears, bearings, drives, pneumatics, mechanical assemblies).</p><p>ยท Experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens platforms</p><p>ยท Familiarity with SCADA systems</p><p>ยท Skilled in reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and automation/control documentation.</p><p>ยท Strong diagnostic skills across electrical, control, and mechanical systems.</p><p>ยท Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p><p>ยท Experience with robotics, automated packaging, ovens, and other industrial machinery is a strong asset.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Don't wait, APPLY NOW to this <b>Industrial Automation Electrician (night shifts) </b>role !</p><p>We also have an afternoon shift available !</p>Create Your Resume First
