CompuVision is currently expanding our team and we are looking for an IT Onboarding Analyst.<br><br>The IT Onboarding Analyst is responsible for investigating the state of a new client’s IT environment so that we can fill in documentation, identify risks, make recommendations, and begin day-to-day support. This role is critical in developing CompuVision’s understanding of a new client’s requirements and needs from their IT support provider, so that we can immediately begin to meet and exceed them. Ultimately, the Onboarding Analyst is vital for kicking off a new client relationship the right way by setting up all of CompuVision’s departments to succeed as of their first client interaction.<br><br></p><p> Culture is an integral part of working at CompuVision. Our company values represent the most important values, the ones we live by: <strong>Passionately Curious </strong>We challenge the status quo, seek continual improvement and are constantly learning.<br><br></p><p><strong>Go Beyond,</strong> We show that we care through positively impacting others through our actions, properly communicating expectations and executing them consistently<br><br></p><p><strong>Own It,</strong> We have courage to do what’s right, resolve to take responsibility, and grit to cross the finish line.<br><br></p><p><strong>Serve as One, </strong>Together we are greater than the sum of our individuals, and teamwork is essential to success.<br><br></p><p> Our Noble Promise - “<strong>Developing Growth Minded People</strong>” - Is the driving force behind our values and why we do what we do.<br><br></p><br />Key Responsibilities<p><br /></p><ul><li> Provide a constant flow of communication to internal stakeholders during Onboarding projects, escalating to the Onboarding Project Manager or Team Lead where necessary. </li><li> Meet with new clients face-to-face at their office, accompanied by the Onboarding Project Manager or Team Lead.</li><li> Identify and photograph all components of the client’s IT infrastructure according to standards.</li><li> Install CompuVision’s remote management tool on all endpoints within a client environment.</li><li> List and detail all line-of-business applications in-use within the client environment, with particular attention paid to the information required to access vendor support.</li><li> Prepare detailed network maps including key components of the client’s primary environment.</li><li> Work with the CompuVision Business Analyst to confirm that our understanding of how the client IT environment functions.</li><li> Complete the initial Onboarding Discovery checklist for all new clients.</li><li> Prepare User Change Request and Workstation Set-up guides for new clients entering support.</li><li> Assist the Network Operations Centre with completing tasks related to beginning support for a client, including disabling out-going vendor accounts.</li><li> Complete a Full Support audit to be submitted to the Remote Operations Centre for approval and respond to any concerns from the support teams.</li><li> Attend and contribute to Onboarding team meetings.</li><li> Demonstrate strong, professional communication skills when working with internal or external stakeholders.</li><li> Seek continuous improvement in the Onboarding process through the investigation of new tools or techniques.</li><li> Assist the Service Desk with completing support tickets where required.</li></ul><br />Skills Knowledge and Expertise<p> Education Requirements, Skills, and Knowledge</p><ul><li><ul><li> Post-secondary training in Network Administration or Computer Systems. Administration, or at least 3 years’ experience with a Managed Services Provider.</li><li> Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP (in-progress or completed).</li><li> At least 1 year of relevant IT experience supporting small or medium-sized business environments.</li><li> Experience with the following technologies</li><li> o Windows Server and Hyper-V</li><li> o Microsoft Exchange and Office 365</li><li> o Active Directory and Group Policies</li><li> o Routing, Switching, and VPN technology</li><li> o Anti-virus and Security software</li><li> o TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS</li><li> o Microsoft SQL experience will be considered an asset</li></ul></li><li> Excellent oral and written communication; Communicates in a timely, professional and respectful manner.</li><li> A proven track record for excellence in customer service.</li><li> Must possess a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and appropriate business-class insurance.</li><li> Must be willing to travel for project work.<br><br>Thank you for your interest in CompuVision.
