We are a fast-growing company, and we’re on the hunt for talented, enthusiastic team members to join us at our  office in Toronto, Ontario.</p><p><br />We are looking for a creative, reliable, and enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator (Logistics Associate) to interact with delivery agents to ensure timely delivery of Article products.</p><p><br />You will significantly impact the Article business by:</p><ul><li> Generating cost savings for Article by creating tools that accurately analyze freight costs.</li><li> Ensuring financial accuracy of invoices.</li><li> Creating resources for freight tracking to allow for quicker and more thorough problem prevention and resolution.</li><li> Conducing KPI Analysis for assigned carriers, improving carrier performance and customer satisfaction with delivery product.</li></ul><br />What You&#39;ll Do<p> What does a day in the life of a Logistics and Tracking Associate at Article look like? You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li> Accruing charges for all delivery shipments to allow for real time analysis of freight liabilities.</li><li> Communicating with our Delivery Agents to resolve irregularities that arise.</li><li> Working dashboards for assigned carriers to identify potential delivery problems with final mile carriers.</li><li> Working with carriers to take mitigating actions to mitigate the risk of delivery issues that arise.</li><li> Responding to email requests produced by the Customer Care Team by providing information or remedial action.</li><li> Logging costs and keeping KPI information for all assigned carriers each day.</li><li> Coordinating monthly discussions with assigned carriers to review performance.</li></ul><br />Nice to Have<ul><li> Minimum 3 years work experience in transportation or logistics</li><li> TMS experience</li><li> Strong mathematical skills</li><li> Logical reasoning skills</li><li> Keen attention to detail</li><li> Reliable and punctual</li><li> Ability to work independently with little supervision</li><li> Flexibility with working hours</li><li> Bachelor&#39;s degree in logistics or transportation is an asset</li></ul><br />Benefits<p> We want Article to be an amazing place to work, and we do our part to take care of our team.
