Basé à Montréal, vous rejoindrez l&#39;équipe Front Office pour intervenir sur une architecture informatique centrale. Votre mission consiste à garantir la stabilité quotidienne de la plateforme, à accompagner les traders et à piloter l&#39;amélioration continue du système. Notre cabinet assure une recherche de profils et la présélection, via un processus de recrutement à échelle humaine.<br /></p><p><b>Rôles :</b><br /></p><p>Assister les utilisateurs Front Office au quotidien et assurer une communication fluide.<br /></p><p>Résoudre les incidents techniques et fonctionnels en lien avec les équipes support.<br /></p><p>Effectuer le suivi de la production et les opérations de maintenance préventive.<br /></p><p>Collaborer avec les développeurs pour le déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités.<br /></p><p>Coordonner les actions avec les équipes supports locales réparties dans 5 pays.<br /></p><p>Dispenser des formations sur les produits auprès des utilisateurs finaux.<br /></p><p>**<br /></p><p><b>EN:</b> On behalf of a major global European bank, we are seeking a <b>Murex Functional Support Specialist (Credit/Rates)</b>. Based in Montreal, you will join the Front Office team to manage a core IT architecture. Your mission is to ensure the platform&#39;s daily operational stability, support traders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Our firm provides candidate sourcing and screening through a recruitment process on a human scale.<br /></p><p><b>Roles:</b><br /></p><p>Provide daily Front Office user support and maintain continuous communication.<br /></p><p>Resolve incidents in collaboration with cross-functional Murex support teams.<br /></p><p>Perform regular production monitoring and platform maintenance.<br /></p><p>Partner with developers to resolve issues and propose system enhancements.<br /></p><p>Ensure effective cooperation with local support teams across 5 countries.<br /></p><p>Deliver product training sessions to end-users.<br /></p><p><br /></p><br />Profil<p><i>English below</i><br /></p><p>Maîtrise de le langue anglaise à haute niveau (très importante), français (atout)<br /></p><p>Minimum 3 ans d&#39;expérience pertinente (expérience offshore, un atout).<br /></p><p>Expertise des marchés financiers : dérivés de crédit, Fixed Income, Repo et dérivés de taux.<br /></p><p>Maîtrise de la valorisation, des sensibilités et des outils MX.III (Pricing, Simulation, Market Data).<br /></p><p>Excellentes compétences relationnelles et aptitude à gérer des parties prenantes exigeantes (Traders).<br /></p><p><b>EN:</b><br /></p><p>High proficiency in English (essential); French is an asset. <br /></p><p>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (offshore experience is an asset).<br /></p><p>Deep understanding of financial markets: Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, Repo, and IRD.<br /></p><p>Proficient in valuation, sensitivities, and MX.III tools (Pricing, Simulation, Market Data).<br /></p><p>Outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management expertise (Traders).<br /></p><p><br /></p><br />Informations contractuelles<p><i>English below</i><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>FR :</b><br /></p><p><b>Lieu :</b> Montréal.<br /></p><p><b>Mode Hybride :</b> Présentiel complet durant l&#39;intégration (3 mois), puis 2 à 3 jours de télétravail.<br /></p><p><b>Type de poste :</b> Priorité au poste permanent (ouvert au statut <span >Freelance/Incorpo).</span><br /></p><p><b>International :</b> Priorité aux profils locaux (Québec, Canada) ; ouvert à l&#39;international sous réserve d&#39;un projet d&#39;immigration concret.
