Employees are responsible for selling and servicing residential property maintenance services, including:</p><ul><li><b><strong>Spring:</strong></b> Lawn aeration and lawn care services</li><li><b><strong>Summer:</strong></b> Driveway sealing and window washing</li></ul><p>You’ll work directly with homeowners, generate your own sales, and complete the services you sell as part of a crew. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and being rewarded for performance.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Compensation</strong></b></p><ul><li>Commission-based compensation — your earnings are directly tied to your effort and productivity</li><li>No fees to work for the company</li><li>Many Sales & Service staff earned over $50,000 annually</li><li>In 2025, the average worker earned $21/hour equivalent, based on commission, experience, and productivity</li><li>Over 80 part-time employees earned more than $20,000 between March and August</li></ul><p>Your income is uncapped — the harder you work, the more you earn.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>No Experience Required</strong></b></p><p>No landscaping or sales experience is required.
