<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>UK Trained Family Physician and Specialist Physician Relocation</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Ontario, Canada (on-site and hybrid options depending on the role and clinic)</li><li><strong>Opportunity Type:</strong> Full-time</li></ul><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p><ul><li>Neobridge Healthcare is building an Ontario-based talent pool of UK trained Family Physicians and Specialist Physicians to support primary care clinics and specialty practices across the province.</li><li>These opportunities are ideal for physicians currently practicing in the United Kingdom who are interested in relocating to Ontario and transitioning into a Canadian practice environment.</li><li>Physicians must be eligible for registration and practice in Ontario through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) via an applicable pathway for internationally trained physicians.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide high quality patient care within your scope of practice, aligned with Ontario standards and clinic policies.</li><li>Deliver comprehensive care for acute issues, chronic disease management, and preventive care, where applicable.</li><li>Order and interpret investigations, make referrals, and coordinate care with specialists and allied health providers.</li><li>Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and participate in clinic quality and safety processes.</li><li>Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, empathy, and evidence informed care.</li><li>Work collaboratively with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, patient centered service delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>MD degree with UK clinical training and experience (GMC registration and UK practice experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Eligibility for CPSO registration (independent practice or applicable <span >supervised/provisional</span> pathway, depending on specialty and role).</li><li>For specialists, appropriate UK specialist training and credentials (CCT or equivalent) aligned to Ontario registration pathways.</li><li>Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient first approach.</li><li>Comfort working in a structured clinic setting, including EMR documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>Typical earning potential ranges from <strong>$400,000 to $800,000 CAD</strong> annually depending on specialty, model of practice, and desired workload.</li></ul><p><strong>How Neobridge Supports You</strong></p><ul><li>Guidance on CPSO registration pathways and next steps.</li><li>Introductions to Ontario clinics experienced in onboarding internationally trained physicians.</li><li>Support navigating relocation logistics and connections to immigration and settlement resources.</li><li>Clear communication and hands on support through the hiring process.</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
