You are a champion of data-driven decision-makingand drive desired business <span >outcomes.Youthrivein</span> adynamic,fast-paced environmentwhere adaptability, critical thinking, <span >andteamworkareessentialto</span> getthe jobdone.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Establish and build project management capabilities within EMN</li><li>Support and collaborate with the executive team to define priorities and success metrics</li><li>Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution and delivery</li><li>Ensure accountability at both executive and operational levels</li><li>Develop detailed execution plans and timelines, including work-back schedules (e.g., Gantt charts)</li><li>Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to develop, implement, and track project budgets</li><li>Identify execution bottlenecks, including dependencies and risks</li><li>Track project progress to ensure visibility across stakeholders</li><li>Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for the executive team</li><li>Support non-dilutive funding, capital raising, and other ad hoc strategic initiatives as required</li></ul><p>Your Skills and Experience</p><ul><li>Superior communication, interpersonal & collaboration skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects & execution<br /></li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced&dynamic work environment</li><li>Nimble in your thinking with the ability to pivot and change gears according to business needs</li><li>Ability to work independently or in a team, with high self-motivation and attention to detail</li></ul><p>Your Qualifications:</p><p>Must have:</p><ul><li>4-7yearsofexperience inproject <span >managementand/orbusiness</span> operations</li></ul><ul><li>anundergraduate degree <span >inbusinessmanagement</span> or STEM</li></ul><ul><li>proficiencywith Microsoft Office 365,including Word, Excel,and PowerPoint</li></ul><ul><li>Prior start-up experience</li></ul><p>Nice-to-have:</p><ul><li>PMP certification</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience building a new capability in a start-up</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiencywith project management software (e.g. Click-up, Notion, etc.)</li><li>Previous experience in one or more of the following industries: life sciences, food, food tech or nutrition <br /></li></ul><p>Our Benefits:</p><p>At EMN, we believe employee success translates into the company&#39;s overall success.
