Whether you&#39;re an experienced professional or a newcomer looking to start your career, we encourage you to apply for this position.</p><p><br /></p><p>Perks/Benefits of M3 Staffing:</p><ul><li>Weekly pay (via eTransfer/Direct Deposit)</li><li>Competitive wages with opportunities for wage growth</li><li>Health & dental benefits offered after probationary period</li><li>Full-time or part-time hours (depending on client needs), giving you employment that fits your schedule</li><li>Paid training to help you develop new skills and advance your career</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Location: All Vancouver Lower Mainland</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Install 2-Ply SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen membrane systems using heat welding or cold adhesive application methods for flat or low-slope commercial roofs</li><li>Ensure proper waterproofing by overlapping and sealing layers according to manufacturer specifications</li><li>Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel</li><li>Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles</li><li>Install single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials (e.g., modified plastics, elastomeric, asphaltic compositions)</li><li>Repair or replace shingles and shakes</li><li>Work on sloped roofs</li><li>Unload tools, prepare materials, and set up required equipment</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>General Job Duties:</p><ul><li>Knowledge of basic tools and power equipment</li><li>Operate and maintain tools and equipment</li><li>Handle materials and transport them on job sites</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols</li><li>Collaborate with team members</li><li>Maintain job site cleanliness</li><li>Document work progress and report to supervisors</li><li>General clean-up of the site: sweeping, shoveling, removing, and properly disposing of debris and waste materials</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications & Must Haves:</p><ul><li>Solid understanding of construction processes and ability to complete assigned tasks independently</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions</li><li>Strong awareness of site safety procedures</li><li>Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs</li><li>Must have your own hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety boots</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Nice to Haves (But Not Necessary):</p><ul><li>Access to own vehicle or reliable transportation</li><li>Own tools</li><li>Fall Protection, First Aid and/or WHMIS certifications</li><li>Tickets in Heavy Equipment Use</li><li>Reside in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland area</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Fill out Application Below:<br /><span >https://form.jotform.com/m3staffing/webapp</span></p><p><br /></p><p>Thank you for applying!</p></p></p>
