Our <strong>AI solutions</strong> enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.</p></p><p><strong>Role:</strong> Senior Community Manager</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Toronto, Ontario </p>About the role: <p><strong>Inside Ideas Group</strong> is looking for a sports obsessed, experienced and strategically-minded <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Manager/Social Media Manager</strong> to build engaged communities for some of the biggest brands in North America. Someone who can guide social strategy, create video content, turn cultural moments and trends into shareable creative and still make people laugh in the comments. You will build briefs to inform organic, paid and campaign creative for brands that go big on hockey, baseball and football. You will be on top of trends in content and culture and ready to advise on social media best practices. You will be well-versed in reporting on social performance and presenting key insights to brand teams. This is a role for someone who likes to work closely with creative teams in a fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable presenting your work to the client and sharing your opinions with team members of all levels. In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute strategically and creatively. </p><p>The team is small but mighty and thrives on multi-disciplinary talent and proactive thinking. You will be responsible for guiding and managing 1-2 less experienced team members. Must be over 21+ years old.</p>What you will be doing: <ul><li>Use social listening tools to report on a number of key brands </li><li>Create creative briefs based on content performance, brand needs, and audience and cultural insights</li><li>Ideate and create social content in collaboration with the creative team</li><li>Confidently present monthly and quarterly reports to clients, and be the point of contact for any data or social media listening related inquiries</li><li>Create and provide ad hoc reports surrounding key initiatives or competitors</li><li>Entertain fans with creative community management</li><li>Research, create, and share POVs on updates to the ever changing social media landscape as well as large cultural shifts or trends.</li><li>Monitor brand reputation issues and create crisis reports for senior leadership</li></ul>What you need to be great in this role: <ul><li>4-6 years of experience in community management or a social media management role</li><li>Excellent sports knowledge essential, experience working in sports a plus</li><li>Experience with data visualization, social listening, and social media analytics tools such as BrandWatch, Talkwater, UnMetric, and Khoros, or similar social <span >listening/publishing</span> tools</li><li>Advanced experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint</li><li>Agency experience is a must</li><li>Ability to create impactful, data-driven reports with strategic thinking in a consumable presentation with an emphasis on narrative, insights, and recommendations</li><li>Experience conducting consumer insights research</li><li>Comfortable presenting interesting and high-energy reports both internally and externally</li><li>Comfortable balancing multiple workstreams, including reporting deadlines, brief creation and reactive content opportunities</li><li>Proactive with a track record of an entrepreneurial approach</li><li>At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from CAD $72,250.00 to CAD $80,750.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
