We're looking for a tech-savvy and self-driven individual contributor in a high impact marketing team.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Your main objectives</b></p><ul><li>Increase revenue through upsell and cross-sell strategies across email, in-app messaging, paid media, and website experiences</li><li>Leading and executing SEO / AEO / GEO initiatives to ensure that our pages are visible, cited, and recommended by traditional and LLM-based search engines </li><li>Lead and execute significant website changes, including new pages, structural updates, and conversion-focused improvements</li><li>Drive scalable growth through PPC and paid social campaigns across multiple channels and markets</li><li>Improve conversion rates across key acquisition and monetization funnels</li><li>Continuously analyze results and iterate quickly on what works versus what doesn’t</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This hands-on role is focused on delivery and active involvement in the work. You will build campaigns from A to Z, analyze results, iterate, and continuously improve performance.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re not looking for a people manager. We’re looking for a senior individual contributor who ships and closely works cross-functionally with the internal team and external consultants to deliver results.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Your day-to-day responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Growth & Revenue Execution</b></p><ul><li>Think, build, and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns targeting existing customers</li><li>Develop segmented and personalized lifecycle campaigns (in collaboration with the marketing team) to drive plan upgrades and feature adoption</li><li>Identify and test growth opportunities across the full customer journey: acquisition, activation, adoption, upsell, and retention</li><li>Run A/B tests and CRO initiatives to improve revenue impact and conversion efficiency</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Website Leadership & Optimization</b></p><ul><li>Lead major website initiatives, including structural changes, new landing pages, and conversion optimizations</li><li>Own and support website migrations from a marketing-technology perspective, from planning to execution, QA, and post-launch monitoring</li><li>Work across WordPress and other CMS platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and SEO integrity</li><li>Create wireframes or functional page structures when needed (design handled by others)</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ship changes efficiently</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>SEO and Answer Engine Optimization</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with the content team to strategize content calendar and ensure compliance with best practices for SEO and GEO</li><li>Track LLM-search best practices and share insights with the marketing team to comply with rapidly evolving answer engine optimization landscape</li><li>Measure and report on results of SEO and GEO efforts, benchmark against competitors and align it with the website leadership plans</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>PPC & Paid Social</b></p><ul><li>Own and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels</li><li>Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing across multiple markets</li><li>Continuously analyze performance to improve CAC, ROAS, and lead quality</li><li>Identify and test new paid acquisition channels when relevant</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Data, Analytics & Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Set up and maintain tracking using analytics and experimentation tools</li><li>Analyze website, campaign, and funnel performance to identify opportunities and bottlenecks</li><li>Create clear, actionable reports that connect initiatives to revenue and growth outcomes</li><li>Drive continuous iteration based on insights and performance data</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Cross-functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with product teams to align growth initiatives with feature launches and roadmap priorities</li><li>Work closely with sales and customer success to ensure messaging and revenue alignment</li><li>Act as a senior growth reference within the marketing team and contribute best practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What you bring to the table</b></p><p><b>Experience & skills</b></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing</li><li>Proven experience driving upsells, cross-sells, and revenue growth</li><li>Strong hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns</li><li>Solid hands-on experience leading website migrations and major CMS initiatives</li><li>Strong technical marketing foundation (tracking, CRO, experimentation)</li><li>Comfortable creating wireframes and working with developers (without being a designer)</li><li>Highly analytical, data-driven, and focused on measurable results</li><li>Experience in executing paid and lifecycle marketing campaigns in both English and French</li><li>Experience with front-end and back-end languages is an asset</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Tools & mindset</b></p><ul><li>Comfortable working with a variety of martech tools, such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Intercom, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, ChatGPT or Claude and similar platforms</li><li>Bonus points for SQL, Supermetrics, Looker Studio experience</li><li>Self-driven learner with an eagerness to automate, cut waste, and use AI to boost productivity</li><li>Strong experimentation mindset with A/B testing and CRO experience</li><li>Autonomous, proactive, and accountable</li><li>Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments</li><li>Curious, pragmatic, and biased toward execution</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Languages</b></p><ul><li>Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>How to apply</b></p><p>Forget generic cover letters, attach a short document or link that covers the following.</p><p>Tell us:</p><ul><li>What you enjoy (and dislike) in a work environment</li><li>What motivates you outside of work</li><li>Have you tried to vibe code anything (for work or fun)?
