Here\'s some of what you\'ll get to do:</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with clients and the engagement team to develop exceptional tax planning ideas and solutions to achieve our client’s business objectives</li><li>Be a leader in the management and development of our growing tax practice</li><li>Assist clients to manage their income tax planning, implementation and compliance requirements including complex Private Business corporate, personal, and trust matters</li><li>Identify, develop and pursue new opportunities for assisting clients with value added-on tax services</li><li>Provide exceptional client service</li><li>Stay attuned and respond to new legislation, interpretations and market factors that impact our clients</li><li>Coach and mentor professional staff</li><li>Prepare and present information to clients, colleagues and other professionals</li></ul><p><b>About Doane Grant Thornton</b></p><p>If you\'re a bit like us, you\'re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking. Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—<b>your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity</b>. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $130,000–$180,000 in Markham, ON.
