You will oversee a portfolio of residential condominium corporations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to boards, residents, and contractors alike.</p><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>General Licence issued by the CMRAO (required)</li><li>23 years of experience in condominium property management</li><li>Experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential condominium corporations, including both townhouse and high-rise communities, in accordance with CMRAO licensing standards</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities</li><li>Commitment to meeting monthly operational and reporting deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience is considered an asset</li><li>A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service</li></ul><p></p><p>Finally, a Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Service is an absolute must, as we believe in building good relationships with all of our residents and business owners</p><p><br /></p><p>We look forward to receiving your current cover letter and resume for this exciting opportunity.</p><p></p><p>Compensation</p><p>Annual salary range: $60,000 $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications</p><p><br /></p><p>If you believe this role aligns with your experience and career goals, we look forward to receiving your resume and cover letter.
