Please include your location.</li><li>Sales incentive program with commission opportunities</li><li>Opportunities for advancement into Leadership and Supervisor roles</li><li>Weekends and holidays off</li><li>Fun team environment and social events</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Drive a company vehicle to customer properties throughout your service area</li><li>Complete 15–20 property treatments per day using a powered backpack sprayer</li><li>Apply mosquito and tick control solutions to outdoor areas</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers on-site</li><li>Work independently or in small teams</li><li>Deliver reliable, high-quality service that keeps customers coming back</li></ul><ul></ul><p>You’ll get to visit some of Canada&#39;s nicest properties — and customers are always happy to see you because your work lets them enjoy their outdoor space again.</p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Positive, outgoing attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Strong independence and time management skills</li><li>Comfortable communicating with customers</li><li>Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented</li><li>Enjoy working outdoors and staying active</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to carry <strong>50 lbs regularly</strong> (backpack sprayer)</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, pollen, etc.)</li><li>Typical work week: <strong>40–44 hours</strong></li><li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record</li><li>Access to fresh water source to fill water tank in vehicle.
