<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>ICI Construction Site Superintendent</strong><br><br> <strong>Greater Toronto Area</strong><br><br> <strong>Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)</strong><br><br> <strong>Full-Time | On-Site</strong><br><br>Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of <strong>ICI construction projects</strong> across Southwestern Ontario. They are currently seeking an experienced <strong>Site Superintendent</strong> to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Manage daily on-site activities for ICI construction projects from start to finish</li><li>Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site staff</li><li>Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met</li><li>Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with OHSA and company standards</li><li>Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control reviews</li><li>Coordinate inspections, deficiencies, and close-out activities</li><li>Communicate effectively with Project Managers, consultants, and clients</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> as a Site Superintendent on <strong>ICI construction projects</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes, and site safety regulations</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced site environments</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience with base building, fit-outs, renovations, or new-build ICI projects preferred</li></ul><strong>Why This Opportunity</strong><ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Stable workload with reputable ICI projects</li><li>Supportive team environment with room for long-term growth</li></ul> <strong>To apply:</strong><br /> Please submit your <strong>resume and project list</strong> to<br /><strong><span >jamal.grant@ssaltd.com</span></strong></p></p>
