(in accordance with company policy).</li><li>Communicate effectively and work within a team as well as with other departments</li><li>Able to pay close attention to details and the weather to determine optimal conditions for snowmaking</li></ul><br><b>WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?</b><br><ul><li>Past experience with operation of a snowmobile preferred</li><li>Mechanically inclined</li><li>Valid G class driver's license with satisfactory driver abstract</li><li>Must be over the age of 18</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Must be able to lift and move heavy loads over uneven terrain</li><li>Prepared to work in all outdoor conditions including extreme cold, snow, wind, rain, etc.</li><li>Must be detail oriented and safety conscious</li><li>Must be able to work in a loud environment around noisy machinery</li></ul><br><b>AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSE</b><br><br><b>BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW</b><br><br>Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
