In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional customer service, respond to client needs, and ensure smooth daily operations.</p><p><strong>Key duties & responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Resident Service: Assist residents with various needs, such as package handling, key management, and information inquiries.</li><li>Security Oversight: Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring the safety and well being of residents.</li><li>Vendor Coordination: Facilitate communication with service providers and contractors for maintenance or repairs within the property.</li><li>Event Planning: Organize and coordinate community events or gathering to foster a sense of community among residents.</li><li>Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, such as managing reservation, maintaining records, and assisting with resident communications.</li><li>Emergency response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, alerting appropriate authorities and guiding residents in safety protocols.</li><li>Building maintenance: Report and coordinate minor maintenance issues and liaise with property management for resolution.</li><li>Information Resource: Act as a knowledge resource for residents regarding local services, amenities, and community policies.</li><li>Communication Liaison: Facilitate effective communication between residents, property management, and other relevant parties.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexibility, availability, and the ability to address requests promptly.</li><li>Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong></strong><strong>Job Type: </strong>Part-time</p><p><strong>Starting date: </strong>February</p><p><strong>Shift Timings: </strong>8 am - 4 pm<br /></p><ul><li>8 hours shift</li><li>Saturday - Sunday</li></ul><p><strong>Salary: </strong>$21 per hour </p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Concierge: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Location: </strong>Richmond, BC</p><p><strong>Why Work at Cleantech?<br /></strong><br />Join a team that values your growth, rewards your hard work, and invests in your future.
