<p></p><p><b>SGF Global is hiring a hands-on Head of Operations for a manufacturing company serving industrial B2B customers.</b></p><p><b>This is a highly operational, site-based role with strong involvement in production, logistics, customers, and day-to-day problem solving.</b></p><p><b>The role is ideal for an experienced Operations / Plant / Manufacturing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being close to the floor and the customers.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities with a strong hands-on approach</li><li>Manage production and logistics teams, primarily shop-floor employees</li><li>Work closely with industrial customers, ensuring responsiveness and fast issue resolution</li><li>Own operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Take responsibility for operational financial performance, including cost control and efficiency</li><li>Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to support production needs</li><li>Act as a key problem-solver across operations, customers, and supply chain</li><li>Maintain high availability and close involvement in daily operations</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Proven operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment – mandatory</li><li>Background as an Operations Manager / Plant Manager / Manufacturing Manager</li><li>Strong understanding of production, logistics, and industrial customers</li><li>Experience managing KPIs and operational metrics</li><li>Hands-on, solution-oriented, and highly available leadership style</li></ul><p></p>
