<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Position Overview:<p>Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected, global manufacturer in the packaging materials industry to recruit an Account Manager for a high-potential territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, field-focused sales professional to take ownership of a developing territory with significant upside and play a key role in accelerating growth across specialty packaging markets.</p><p>This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives in relationship-based selling, enjoys being in front of customers, and wants to grow a territory with long-term earning potential.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Grow revenue within an established territory by deepening existing customer relationships and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive penetration across key end-use segments including food processing and specialty packaging</p></li><li><p>Lead customer negotiations with internal technical and leadership support, ensuring commercially sound agreements</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline reporting to support business planning and decision-making</p></li><li><p>Actively manage receivables and inventory levels in alignment with company policies and customer agreements</p></li><li><p>Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, technical, and leadership teams</p></li><li><p>Travel extensively within the territory, with regular field presence and overnight trips as required</p></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree required.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of progressive sales experience within the packaging industry</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to generate new business while growing existing accounts in a technical, application-driven sales environment</p></li><li><p>Strong territory management, forecasting, and negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working independently in a home-based role with frequent travel (3–4 days per week in the field)</p></li><li><p>Bilingual in English and French is strongly preferred due to Quebec market coverage</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and air as required</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems</p></li></ul><p>Rewards:</p><ul><li>Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus and commission structure </li><li><p>Monthly car allowance plus mileage reimbursement</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive benefits and retirement savings support</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to join a growing organization with a strong sustainability focus and long-term investment in the North American market</p></li></ul><p>To Apply:</p><p>If you are interested in this opportunity, please forward your resume (in Word format) directly to <span >brett@lambertnemecgroup.com</span> , referencing “Account Manager – Packaging” in the subject line of your email.
