<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>SENIOR <span >ARCHITECT/ASSOCIATE</span><br /></strong>Vancouver, BC<br />Compensation: $130 - 160K + Bonus<strong><br /></strong><br /><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong><br><br>We are seeking a Senior Architect / Associate to join our client’s downtown Vancouver studio. This role is ideal for a seasoned architectural professional with strong design leadership, proven project delivery experience, and a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships. The studio focuses on a mix of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, offering the opportunity to work on some of Vancouver’s most dynamic developments.<br><br> The successful candidate will play a key role in leading project teams, shaping design outcomes, and supporting business development efforts. Responsibilities include overseeing concept and schematic design, managing project delivery through all phases, mentoring intermediate and junior staff, and working closely with clients, consultants, and municipal authorities.
