<p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p>As a Senior Associate Lawyer at BARTLAW LLP, you will advise individuals and businesses on work permits, work permit exemptions and LMIA options and prepare the relevant applications for portals (Service Canada, IRCC or CBSA). You will lead and manage corporate immigration cases from start to finish, advising clients on immigration compliance, preparing complex legal applications, scheduling renewal applications and preparing status reports for the clients.
