Every day is different - no two days are the same. </p><p><strong>Overview of role</strong></p><p>We’re seeking a full-time Senior HR Consultant to join our growing team - someone who doesn’t just consult but builds long-term strategic partnerships. In this role, you will own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their primary HR advisor. You’ll deliver high-impact solutions across the HR framework, lead client engagements, and shape people strategies that align with each client’s unique goals.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven HR leader who excels in client relationship management, loves variety in their work, and is ready to take ownership of a portfolio of clients.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the <strong>primary HR partner</strong> for a dedicated portfolio of clients.</li><li>Provide clients with HR advisory support including employee relations issues, conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, etc. </li><li>Advise on long-term people strategy as we our clients move from startup to growth stage</li><li>Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities to expand services and upselling within client accounts.</li><li>Stay current on employment law updates and HR trends to keep clients compliant and competitive.</li><li>Mentor junior consultants and advisors and contribute to the firm’s growth and knowledge sharing.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What you Bring</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of progressive HR experience, including client-facing consulting roles.</li><li>Experience working with startups is an asset.</li><li>Degree focused in Human Resources Management, or relevant HR certification</li><li>CHRL or similar certification strongly preferred.</li><li>Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.</li><li>A thought leader who can appropriately challenge a client and ask thought-provoking questions.</li><li>High degree of confidentiality and professionalism, and an ability to build strong working relationships across various disciplines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to convey new information in an easy to understand manner</li><li>Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize.
