As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you&#39;ll guide our enterprise customers through transformative Generative AI experiences implementations, and shape how they leverage our solutions for a stronger and more intuitive search experience.</p><p>You&#39;ll combine deep technical skills with a consulting mindset to design, customize, and deploy high impact AI solutions that index millions of documents, integrate across complex ecosystems, and deliver ultra-relevant results in under a second. This is where engineering meets impact!</p><strong>As our Senior Solutions Consultant, you will:</strong><ul><li>Integrate Coveo with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify, and others across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid <span >environments.Implement</span> and customize Coveo&#39;s features to match each customer&#39;s unique environment and business needs.</li><li>Lead requirement-gathering sessions with our enterprise clients (such as Dell, Nespresso, Adobe etc.) and translate their needs into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>Communicate clearly and confidently with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.</li><li>Deploy the solution so it connects with the customer&#39;s systems in place: that means on-premise for some, in the cloud for others, and sometimes a mix of both.</li><li>Configure, optimize, and enrich our solution to consolidate data and support key features, functionalities, and plug-ins. </li><li>Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and implement JavaScript libraries that allow Coveo to fit naturally into customers&#39; systems.</li></ul><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role:</strong><ul><li>8+ years of hands on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and modern UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)</li><li>Ease of navigating across sophisticated tech stacks and B2B ecosystems.</li><li>Consulting experience is a must, with proven ability to operate in client-facing roles and manage communication with enterprise stakeholders.</li><li>Strong ownership mindset, able to lead projects, prioritize effectively, and stay structured under pressure.</li><li>German fluency (written and verbal).</li></ul><p><strong>What will make you stand out:<br /></strong></p><ul><li>Experience with large-scale system integrations or cloud enterprise platforms.</li><li>Background in search, commerce or information architecture</li><li>A passion for enabling customers&#39; success and driving adoption through thoughtful guidance.</li><li>Python, Node,js or Java.</li></ul><p>Do you think you can bring this role to life?
