<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>General Practitioner | Markham, ON (Highway 7 East)</strong></p><p>Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting <strong>on behalf of an active Ontario clinic opportunity</strong> and is currently seeking a <strong>General Practitioner</strong> to join a growing group of practices in Markham.</p><p><strong>Position:</strong> General Practitioner (Family Medicine)<br /><strong>Location:</strong> Markham, ON (off Highway 7 East)<br /><strong>Type:</strong> <strong>Full-time preferred</strong> (part-time considered) | Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends)<br /><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP</p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>A modern, well-supported clinic in Markham is seeking a General Practitioner to support continued growth. A <strong>new clinic location is scheduled to open in February 2026</strong> and will be <strong>fully built-out and ready for use</strong>.</p><p>The clinic is open to either:</p><ul><li>a <strong>clinic/practice takeover</strong> (monthly sublease negotiable depending on practice style and existing patient panel), <strong>or</strong></li><li>a <strong>traditional fee-split arrangement</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population</li><li>Manage a rostered/paneled practice with support to grow your panel over time</li><li>Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within efficient clinic workflows</li><li>Collaborate with onsite support staff to optimize care delivery and continuity</li></ul><p><strong>Clinic & Practice Environment</strong></p><ul><li><strong>4 exam rooms</strong> plus dedicated office space</li><li>Full administrative support team, including <strong>reception</strong> and a <strong>physician assistant</strong></li><li>Attached pharmacy for patient convenience</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li><strong>80/20 fee split for the first 3 months</strong>, then <strong>75/25 thereafter</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>CPSO registration in good standing</strong> (required)</li></ul></p></p>
